Within the preventive activities the standpoints regarding project documentation and final building approvals are being drawn up as follows:
- Public catering facilities
The state health inspection is being carried out in the following:
- Public catering facilities,
- Food in case of alimentary disease occurrence,
- Cosmetic products and products in direct contact with food – for example glass, pottery, ceramics, cutlery, mixer, packaging material and toys for children under the age of 3 years.
Other activities of the Department:
- Carrying out examinations of knowledge of mushrooms,
- Work of national reference laboratory for deep-frozen food,
- Carrying out examinations of knowledge of people involved in production and distribution of food and dishes into circulation and in production of cosmetics.
