The workplace situated in the building of the Regional Public Health Authority in Ostrava provides for all territorial workplaces a. o. for the following activities:

  • independent conducting of the agenda of complicated juridical cases
  • keeping of the file of appeals and extraordinary court amendments against the decisions of KHS, working out of the standpoints to the appeals – in cooperation with the appropriate department
  • check-up of the protocols and decisions, verifying the used rules and the proper applications of the individual provisions
  • verifying the quality of the proof proceeding foregoing the administrative proceeding, examination of the conclusiveness of the violations of provisions
  • conducting of the law agenda of KHS
  • keeping of the file of the general-binding statutory instruments
  • providing for legal help for the employees of KHS
  • providing for the information about new statutory instruments relating to the activities of the public health protection organ
  • drawing up of the internal regulations, providing for the legal correctness of the basic documents including the labour agreement
  • taking part on the se administrative proceedings according to the public health protection law Act No. 258/2000 Coll.
